It seems like true style radiates from an inner, substantive core. I think your point is very valid, and it resonates with what I may have overlooked at times. I have been "fussed over" by my parents, who have been a strong advocate of just be yourself. However, when it all boils, you are judged based on your appearance, whether you accept it or not. It makes a big difference in how you react to you. This was an excellent post. Very thought provoking.
