Hey Justin, thanks for stopping by, and for plugging Seth's book. I haven't read it yet, and have been hearing some good things. I will be picking it up soon.(as soon as I finish a certain stack of books I'm looking at ;-)

Simplicity has become increasingly important in my life, due to what you have mentioned. It can be tough at time, but the clearer I've become on what I am hear to do, the easier it is to say no to certain things.

Great comment!

Great post! I just finished reading Seth's book Linchpin and loved it. I think people are starting to wake up to the idea of rebelling against the lizard brain and doing what it is they want to do with their lives instead of following the "traditional" path.

Once you learn to ignore everything in your way you start to realize how much control you really have in your own life. Everything we accomplish is a direct result of the things we do (or don't do). However, it can be really difficult to stay focused on the things we want, especially when there are so many distractions out there trying to grab our attention.
