Yeah, I'll definitely be following your progress bro. Mt. Rainer is a great goal! I've heard that's common to marriage. Both my brothers have put on a few since they got married. And I've put on 15-20 over the past few years, and I'm single! -> ALL the best to you...sounds like you're committed to accomplishing this...

So you must live out there in Washington? I used to live in WA as a kid for a few years. Great memories...

Great article, I actually just posted an article today about my commitment to cut out caffeine and other junk. Since I got married in August I've put on 30lbs which isn't good, I'm an avivd mountaineer and I've gotta get back into shape to climb Mt. Rainer this year.

10 lbs in 6 months is not a challenge! Use this link to re-evaluate your target BMI. http://www.nhlbi.nih.gov/guidelines/obesity/bmi... That being said, I think with your approach you will inevitably lose more than 10 lbs. But you're not gonna lose weight unless you're feelin that calorie burn, so walk faster! walk more!

good job on the fruits btw.

LOVE YA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (had to add the sap somewhere)
Karlene
